Steve,Download the lotw Tqsl software. Then you can request a new certificate from that software. It will probably take a day to get the new certificate. Then you will need to set up a location. If I could be of any help please let me know. 73 JaySent from my Galaxy

The last time I set mine up was when the system became available.  My logging computer's hard drive crashed.  Everything backed up including my LOTW certificate.  However, ARRL says I can't load the certificate into the program once it has been used.  Not sure why they tell you to save the certificate.Anyway, I requested a new certificate but I'm unable to get it loaded.ARRL LOTW help desk no help.
