[ADXA] LOTW Assistance

Anyone out there very familiar with LOTW?  The last time I set mine up 
was when the system became available.  My logging computer's hard drive 
crashed.  Everything backed up including my LOTW certificate.  However, 
ARRL says I can't load the certificate into the program once it has been 
used.  Not sure why they tell you to save the certificate.

Anyway, I requested a new certificate but I'm unable to get it loaded.

ARRL LOTW help desk no help.  I can see why so many people complain 
about the complexity of the program.
