[ADXA] Confusing to me. What is 13m, an EU Novice band?

A25RU…   what is 13 meters? All QSOs there are SSB and CW, no FT8. Refer to the ClubLog band/mode QSOs 160-10m and somehow 13m got thrown in for EU and a few AF guys … No USA naturally. That must be their “CB, non Ham band”???  😊
    Otherwise, of 33,000 QSOs ALL SSB is on 20 meters for rest of world.  Someone  inform me about 13m… Must have missed that on other DXpedition band/mode numbers.. Fortunate to have A25 on 4 CW bands but still need 24, 30 and 80m.. Maybe I can catch ‘em on 14 SSB if I happen to be up at the time they’re on.
