Glad to hear about the updates. That work to get the "shoe box" DX work 
completed ... is still on my TO-DO list, LOL!  But I can attest to the 
great help that Sharon can be, when issues arise at the ARRL.  Helped me 
solve some strange LOTW problems last year.
