[ADXA] A25RU Botswana

A DXpedition to A2, Botswana, will occur March 15 to 28, 2021 by Vasily,
R7AL, and the Russian DXpedition team who have previously completed
several successful DXpeditions. 

ADXA received a funding request from the group. A2 is #106 on the Club
Log Most Needed List for North America and is #55 on the ADXA Most
Needed List. While both of these are outside our top 50 policy for
funding the ADXA board believes that #55 on the ADXA most needed
warrants some funding. As a result, we will provide $50 in support of
this effort.
