[ADXA] Novice Rig Roundrup

I really enjoy that as well Nick, hearing what others are running for
rigs. 

I worked a W7 in Arizona last night on 40 meters, in the old novice
band, that was running 2 watts with an HW8. I was a bit surprised. He
was the weakest station on that band at the time, obviously, but a very
clear Q5 and solid copy. I gave him a 559.
