 With 5T5PA at +10 here, never got him. Saw ZN work him with a +3 report while I was decoding him at +10, so I figure I'm probably 20 db down from Joel.

Got to love LOTW users in rarer countries on 6m, LOL.  Yesterday was such a day, working 5T5PA and Li, BA4SI both .... and already confirmed in LOTW.  Been chasing Li for years and years.  Finally.
