Congrats Rick. That is not easy considering most folks these days are not on SSB and CW, hi. I think my number is 232? Nice looking award for sure.

Subject: [ADXA] Triple Play Award
Well, not a DX award but an interesting challenge. Many ADXA members probably
have got this one. When I moved to Colorado, this award was one I was going to
try from my shack - Oops, I live in an apartment and don't have a shack!
Now definitely a challenge! Over a few months, I managed to work 49 states
on CW and SSB with the venerable Icom 706MKIIG and Hustler antennas on
the Mazda. Then over to FT-8 - How to do it? Solution - Daughter's house for power for
the PC and Icom 7300 with the Hustler antennas. Working away to 49 states
confirmed on LOTW. The holdout? Wyoming. Too close. Then the ham spirit
comes with the offer from a ham in Cheyenne (only about 110 miles away) to give it a try. After several tries on 40m, WY is in the bag on all three modes. Will be buying
him lunch the next time I'm in Cheyenne! Where there's a will, there is a way!
A very neat award! 73 Rick AI5P
