[ADXA] Aland Island addressing

Hi yall

I got a return on a card I sent to Aland Islands : "return to sender      not deliverable as addressed    unable to forward".  I used QRZ address which ends with Aland Islands.  Do I need to add Finland or via Finland?  Any suggestions?
