Sorry Rick you are very right! The correct callsign is EZ7A, not EX7A. Been mowing and outside and fat fingered the keyboard.

Thanks! 73 de jay..

Jay:

I have not heard EX7A, but in the past year have worked EX0QR on 30 CW (an expedition) and EX8TR (Victor) on 20 CW. EX8TR was on recently.

You mentioned Turkmenistan, which is EZ. I think you meant EZ7A instead of EX7A. Last EZ I worked was EZ8CQ sometime back. Looks to be a tough one now.

73,

Rick - K5UR

So you Big Guns I need some advice/help on this one. Last night EX7A was spotted on the RBN very late at night. It might have been Bill K5FUV that told me last year it was illegal for them to be on the air. So I am wondering if that as a pirate or the real thing? Has Turkmenistan been opened back up? On QRZ.com the call is good, but no email to confirm he was on the air.

Thanks 73 de w5jay/jay..
