[ADXA] Big weekend at N5ZM

HI Earl,
I meant to comment on you posting below 2 days ago. 

I saw those two 4X stations.  Missed them as well, but thought you would get them with the Big Gun firepower!  They came and went on me.  I called each a few times.  

Today I learn that if you see a country leave the scene, maybe stick around for a while and blind call a few times.  I got a few in the log that way.  I guess I got use to some stations coming, but never to be seen again.  That is not always the case on 6m magic band.  

Then I chased and got a few France stations hanging around 50.323.  After working a few of them, then it seemed I could not work any of them even when their signals were approaching S/N of 0, even on 50.323.  Then I saw Steve W5KI work one I chased for a while with no trouble.  You may wonder why chased F stations, well it was a new country for me.  I know how odd after these huge EU openings this E season, but I missed the good openings in May.  Like UR Rick says I am a weak wenie!  😊  I've seen F stations on many times, even last year, but just couldn't get them in the log.  Then in the band map I noticed that there was F4ARU on SSB.  We are so spoiled with FT8 these days.  So I clicked on the spot after it telling me that the station was indeed being heard in middle America.  I got a 5 by 5 for my trouble and a new band/mode country for me as well.  Funny how it didn't register that there is a ton of band/mode work on 6m to be done!  Bingo with one call and with a barefoot radio.  I was a little taken back by how easy it was to get him.  You could tell the surprise in my voice and how rusty I am on phone!  How funny, K5YY, San I am thinking of you now!  Now I am really looking for real F layer propagation on this band!

Then heard W5SJ working a few FOC guys on 6m CW, but nothing coming in on that mode for me from Europe.

BTW, I worked IS0GQX and 9H1TX two days ago.  They both did instant confirmations on LOTW.  I just love LOTW!

I also got my 7Q7RU card a few weeks back, but I just did the QRSS thing a few days before.  I was mainly after the LOTW confirmations and those came a few days after I sent them a love offering.  Nice card though!  I am sure they are just getting caught up.  At the same time I also did QRSS for C92RU and those were uploaded to LOTW, but I so far I haven't received a card.  I don't really care if I get the card or not, just as long as I get the confirmation!  

I need to do some card chasing especially if they are on ClubLog doing QRSS.  I am going to go through the whole log and see if I can get some band/mode fills.  I have two cards here that need to be checked.  One is for 6m and the other digital.  Maybe I will see Rory soon or will wait until I get some more and see you guys in the fall.  

You Central Arkansas Big Guns keep ionizing/greasing up the atmosphere for us NWA BB Gun guys and gals!  LOL.

First received QSL cards from 7Q7RU from last fall.

Then worked 3 new ones on 6 Meters, 9H, BY and BV all 3 all ready confirmed on LOTW bringing my 6 meter total to 109 now.

But I copied two different 4X stations on 6m  this morning but just could not get them to stay in long enough to work them.
