[ADXA] Elementary Question

For some of us.......

I am logging with DXBase.  I can import an ADI file into the program 
with no problem.  I am running WSJT, VHF and UHF, on another computer.  
I want to cut out a certain number of QSOs ONLY.  I don't want to upload 
the entire log to my master log.  I thought I could paste the data into 
text editor and save it.  That doesn't work.  There has to be a way to 
do this but I just don't know how.
