[ADXA] Another Older JW QSL

In DXB, I can do worked not confirmed in my DXCC stats.  I’d have to take out a second mortgage to send out cards.  I was more adept at working vs QSLing during cycle peaks.  I have never been able to get DXB to print label so all filled out by hand.
