[ADXA] Hamvention 2021 CANCELLED

Most of you have probably already seen the "Breaking News" that the
Dayton (Xenia) Hamvention 2021 has been CANCELLED. 

I'm personally not surprised. I believed they were being quite
optimistic, and maybe just a tad arrogant, in their pronouncement
several weeks ago that Hamvention 2021 would definitely be held! 

Anywho, just FYI to everyone.
