[ADXA] Newsletter for December 2020 newsletter

After about 8 weeks I'm feeling much better and recovering from my bout 
with COVID induced pneumonia.   I still can't run a 5K but i couldn't 
run one before this mess started either!

I was preparing the 2020 4th Quarter newsletter to send out but as I was 
working on it I remembered that someone out side of the normal 
contributors (AI5P and W5ZN) sent an article to be included.   I have 
search high and low but can't seem to find it.

If you sent me an article for the ADXA newsletter PLEASE resend the 
article so I can include it in this edition .  I'd like to send the 
newsletter out either Monday or Tuesday so if you could respond quickly 
that would help me make that target.
