[ADXA] Newsletter Time

I'll give Glenn a break and make the announcement for him, that it is
quarterly newsletter time. It is unfortunate we are still not to the
point of having an in person meeting but I'm still very hopeful that we
will be able to do so later this year. 

With that said, please consider submitting something for our newsletter.
I'm actually working on a couple of items, beyond my regular blab, so
consider writing up something you have been doing over the winter
whether that is working on a project, operating or maybe just your
thoughts on DX!
