[ADXA] More WSJT Driver Issues/Belay My Last

I figured this out.  It was pretty complicated.  The reason the drivers 
didn't show up when I installed them is because they weren't activated.  
When I went to "view," there they were. However, they still weren't 
functioning.  Amazingly, you have to have the USB cable plugged into 
your radio to get this going.......:)))))))

PS, thanks to all who answered.  And if you are wondering, yes, my 
drivers DID disappear with the Windows update.  Working on getting that 
under control.  I'm glad Bouvet wasn't on FT8.
