[ADXA] Interesting on China on 40m

[WB5JJJ]

China just popped up again on 40m calling CQ and had an interesting Grid
Square of EM73.  His signal report was what I would expect, but his GS
should be OL78wq.  Is he a pirate, or just a busted call he entered?
