Dear Guys,

I have a TENTEC, Model-425, TITAN-1 HF AMPLIFIER FOR SALE:   It is extremely CLEAN, & the RF section is DESKTOP, with a remoted P.S.   The Power supply is slightly 'Modified' with custom 'gussett-stiffeners' added to the inside front panel & a pair of matching, Commercial Handles added, so that it can more easily be 'lifted', 'moved', or 'shipped' without having to 'wrestle it' OR to remove its transformer.  A "RUNNING-TIME" hour meter has also been added to the P.S. front panel.   It has a pair of 3CX800F7 tubes in it, which are 'EIMAC' & with BOTH stilll, like NEW!  Last time used, it would easily put out 2,200 Watts into a dummy load.  (I've had it since NEW, & THE ONLY USER!)

Everything on it 'works-like-new, EXCEPT "IT STOPPED KEYING-UP".!   i DO NOT have the room, nor layout space to troubleshoot the keying problem, nor the required 230V. in my electronic workshop & finally bought ANOTHER-SAME replacement.   RE: The keying problem can be pinpointed to '1' of several circuit cards in short order by a scope or multimeter on (the ALC circuit, SWR circuit, Bias Circuit, Vacuum Relay board, or RF detector circuit & likely restored by a 65 cent transistor (of which I have a dozen off).

I also have a TenTec, Model-417A, Titan-3, being in present use, but NO TIME or inclination to work on this failed one. I'm asking $1,400. for the AMP, P.S., Owners Manual,  schematics & a set of 'simplified, redrawn-schematics, on 'JUST the keying circuit'.   (tHE PRICE Is close to what the pristine tubes are sometimes bringing?
