[ADXA] ZL on 10m

Worked Holger (ZL3IO) on FT8 about an hour ago and then on CW just now
(28.026). My first CW contact on 10m. Several ZLs were working FT8. 10m has
been dead for me until about 3:00-4:00 p.m. the last few days.
