[ADXA] Chalk up another DXCC

Congrats George, Steve and some others who picked up a new one with A25.


This is a good example of why our ADXA Most Needed List is important.
Based on the Club Log data ADXA would most likely have not sent money
for the DXpedition however in reviewing our member's need it was obvious
some level of support was warranted. 

Congrats again to all for a new one.
