[ADXA] Chalk up another DXCC

Just confirmed on LoTW, BOTSWANA A25RU, which brings me one closer to the
ultimate DXCC (340). I'm inching my way up but just now got to #262. A very
long, difficult way to go and so little time to get 'er done. I still have
3 or 4 outstanding DXCC that have not yet been confirmed and a few cards
that need to be checked that will also add to this number.
