[ADXA] Congrats to Joel

Thanks Rick and thanks to everyone for your very kind words. They are
greatly appreciated. 

I have been working in the "IARU background" as the unofficial assistant
Secretary for about a year in anticipation of K1ZZ's desire to step
down. He's not really going anywhere as he will assume the unofficial
post of "Assistant Secretary" on July 1. Dave's knowledge of IARU, ITU &
the international radio regulatory process and amateur radio in general
is too valuable to let him completely disappear, aside from his being a
really great guy!!!  :-)) 

I'll take this opportunity to note that Pat, W5VY, was here today for a
couple of non-ADXA items however we did discuss the possibility of an
ADXA in-person meeting later this year. As previously noted we're
hopeful we can do so somewhere in the September to December time frame
contingent, obviously, on how things progress. 

Thanks again for all your kind words.
