[ADXA] Dave Norris prominence

An additive comment about our ADXA member Dave Norris, K5UZ, should be another added reason the ADXA stands out in our hobby. Dave is our current Delta Division Director, has been for quite a while, and has participated on many ARRL important committees and on the overall Board during his administrative efforts. Thank you Dave for being there and giving of your time. Hope you continue to be elected to the Delta Div. Director position.
