[ADXA] On-Line "Renewal or Join" Form

The on-line "Renewal or Join" form on our website is now fixed. We're 
not exactly sure what the issue is/was. I spent about 2 hours trying to 
sort it out and finally threw in the towel. I could insert our 
conference registration form on that page and it displayed fine but for 
some still unknown reason the on-line membership application would not.

I punted to Pat, VY, who is out and about with grand kids so he 
contacted Scott, KA9FOX, our web host and superior webmaster who looked 
at it and scratched his head for a while also. He performed a work 
around and got it functioning again, but we're still not 100% sure what 
happened or is causing the original malfunction. We'll get that figured 
out but for now it is functioning normally.

Thanks to little pistol, just about to become BIG GUN Kenny, KG5KS with 
his first DXCC for bringing this to our attention. If you run across 
something you do not believe is working correctly on our website, let me 
or Pat know. We'll look into it.

AND......while I'm at it, CONGRATS to Kenny for those continually 
increasing numbers! You can smell "100" at this point.
