[ADXA] PSC Decision - RHR

Please see the following email from K0BBC on behalf of the PSC. Based on 
input from committee members, the DXAC had declined any action on the 
remote operation proposal.

Last night, The ARRL Program and Services Committee (PSC) members
decided to take no furtheraction on a proposal to impose station 
location distance limits, on
remote station QSOs, used to obtain DXCC credits.

   In late August, the ARRL DX Advisory Committee (DXAC) declined 
tooffer an opinion
on Southeast Division Director Baker's proposal regarding DXCC remote 
operation.
