[ADXA] W5 DX Bureau is alive

And I like the new system where you send minimal money and they do all 
the procuring, addressing, etc ... to forward cards.  Less trouble for 
us, but more importantly .... I bet that standardization, etc in their 
system makes the card handler's life easier too, LOL.

Still fun to get the "real thing" ...
