[ADXA] Mike - WB5BLF Introduction

All,

I want to introduce Mike, WB5BLF, to the ADXA.   I have known Mike since
the 60's.  He is very knowledgeable on all sides of
communications, technical, legal and administrative.   He has been on both
the end user side of Amateur Radio and Commercial Radio as well as
designing communications systems.   But he has also first hand experience
with the administrative side, dealing directly with the FCC, lobbyists and
legislators.

Mike will bring many years of communications experience with him, even his
tried and true methods of lightning protection.

In the day, Mike would go head to head with Rick, WA5VDH (Now K5UR),
busting the big DX Pileups.

So after a long absence, Mike is jumping back into the Amateur Side of
Communications.  He will give everyone a good run for their money.

Welcome into the fold Mike.
