A nice thing about the DX Challenge is that it only counts current DXCC
entities so it provides somewhat of a level playing field for everyone.
San - your callsign and results do not show up anywhere in the official
DX Challenge listing on the ARRL website:
http://www.arrl.org/system/dxcc/view/DXCC-CHAL-20201029-USLetter.pdf
You need to get that corrected so your results are "official" along with
the other ADXA members on the list so we can show our ADXA pride!

If I could count my deleted countries on those 10 bands, I would have way over 3000, not sure how many but might be interesting to see by going back to when WARC 79 came in and 10-18-24 came into effect and count deleted countries from there initially, going through 15+ HF log books.

In those days once you got a new one on any band, some stopped chasing on other bands, so when it was deleted you only had it on one band, maybe 2 or 3. Then when the ARRL single band DXCCs came into full effect, all heck broke loose to work 'em on as many bands as possible. I am not sure I want to go back to my logs and note ALL my deleted band/country entities, wud take me days, since I also have 6m logs separate from HF logs. ☹ .. Will think about it on my stable days at home! HI

> I do have over 20 countries on 2m but most are EME but 2m does not count.. hi The only band DXCCs I have are the original 6m and 160m ones that were available. Never wanted to spend application time for many others, only Mix/Phone and CW DXCCs do I chase and endorse anymore. Not a lot of energy in searching 63 years of logs for deleted entities on the main 7 bands I was on until WARC bands started. Glad the hobby has tweaked more interests with the ARRL working hard to stimulate chasing DX awards.

Too busy with full time job at SSDD as Senior Consultant. Did run home one afternoon to work BY, my last country for Top of HR at the time, March 1983.. Gosh time flies.

By reviewing QSL's he had stored away and making fresh requests for QSOs San has added eight new confirmations to his total. He is now at 2950 verified. He is hopeful that he will find the remaining 50 confirmations on 40 and 30M and on the higher bands as Cycle 25 starts to provide improved conditions.

>> Achieving the 3000 level of the DXCC Challenge is probably the most difficult goal to achieve in DXing. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 200 DXers have achieved the 3K level. #1 Honor Roll is up there on the difficulty list as well. Lots of folks waiting on activation of one rare entity....North Korea, Bouvet, etc. It's good to have goals!
