[ADXA] IH9YMC African Italy?

Does not meet any criteria for a DXCC entity for ARRL purposes. Being in AF does not mean it meets the mileage criteria for separation from Italy in Europe. Hi   It has never met any criteria prior to now, so you worked Italy Rory..

I found IH9YMC on 14.030 this afternoon.  Worked him first call.  I have never worked an IH9 before.  His QSL card says "African Italy" on Pantelleria Island.  ATNO??
