[ADXA] New Member Standing info for Ken, K5ALQ

Ken, K5ALQ, has provided updated DXCC standings info after his annual DXCC
submission.  Ken has added an number of new CW counters as well as new ones
up and down the bands.  He is now at 1597 on the Desoto Challenge.  Nice
progress during the propagation doldrums Ken. At least we are now heading up
into cycle 25..out of limbo land!
