[ADXA] Updated Members Standings for Lanny, K1LEC

Lanny, K1LEC, has provided updated DXCC Standings info.  He says the credits
awarded are from his last submittal in 1993!  Lanny has added a few new ones
with his activity since returning to HF in April of this year.  He was first
licensed in 1959 in Vermont.  He retired to Searcy in 2019 and has assembled
a nice station.  Thanks for sharing your info Lanny.
