[ADXA] 5 Bureau in full swing

I get ONE envelope about twice a year.  Typically a half a dozen cards each
time
LOTW has substantially reduced the number of cards from the Bureau..
I noticed this last time the the cards were NOT OLD.
I attached a couple of pictures just for fun.
