[ADXA] New Member Standings for Jay, W5JAY

Jay, W5JAY, has provided updated DXCC Standings info.  Jay has added new
band and mode counters.  He has bumped his Digital count up to 240 and his
Desoto Challenge total up to 1761.  Nice progress Jay.

 

Nice to see the 10.7cm Solar Flux break out of the 70's for a change.  I
noted a SF of 94 on Sunday.  Probably have some trips back into the 70s left
to go but the trend is nice.

 

I met John, ON4UN, at Dayton a few years ago.  He was, as someone else
noted, very gracious and entertained all manner of questions about Low Band
DXing.  He signed my copy of the 5th edition of his fantastic book "Low-Band
DXing".  I worked John half a dozen times on several bands.  Last QSO was in
Feb, 2019 on 20M SSB.  May he rest in peace.
