[ADXA] JX2US Jan Mayen

I have had no luck with this one so far which surprises me.  It is only a
3800 mile haul and should be easy during the propagation peak.  But I can't
hear him!  On QRZ he says he is running an SPE feeding an OCFD.  Has anyone
worked him??
