[ADXA] ADXA 2nd Quarterly Meeting CANCELLED

After several days of deliberation and consideration, the ADXA Board has 
concluded it is in the best interest of our members to cancel our 2nd 
Quarterly Meeting that was scheduled for June 20.

It is encouraging to see things opening up in Arkansas and some of the 
restrictions being lifted however given the general age of our members 
who attend our meetings, some with serious medical conditions who are 
not yet being advised to attend social gatherings, we believe it is wise 
to cancel this meeting.

Our newsletter will still be published at the regularly scheduled time 
so please consider sending something to Glenn, N5RN for publication.

There are options available to hold a virtual on-line meeting although 
nothing is currently planned or scheduled at this time. One option that 
has been presented for consideration is to shift the schedule of the 
remaining meetings this year, possibly to hold what would be the 
September meeting to August and move the annual December meeting to 
November. I want to emphasize this has only been presented as an option 
and has NOT been vetted.
