[ADXA] India on FT8 20m again

VU2 working 14.074 again. Signals running -11 to -18.

I saw a spotter page that had AT9 also on the freq. earlier, and I'm also
seeing another VU station from time to time..

Somebody else work him. I can't get any joy with the G5RV running barefoot.
