[ADXA] Scott, W5AAJ (ex KI5DJP) has achieved DXCC

New Member Scott, W5AAJ, has just achieved DXCC.  Due to the COVID-19 shut
down of ARRL HQ he won't get the paper certificate for a while.  But his
LOTW application has been completed.
