[ADXA] Z81D South Sudan is now confirmed - Good George. Addendum stuff

I worked Z81D the other day.  I guess I need to figure out how to get it
confirmed too.  I've been trying to work any needed digital countries on
FT8.  Something to do.  I just let it run and occasionally scroll back
to see if there is something new active. I finally worked the 7X that is
always on but can't hear anyone. Not sure how I got that lucky.  It
appears to me and I have confirmed it by emailing op in a few cases that
more than a few of these foreign stations in third-world countries have
terrible noise problems.  They hit me with a very strong signal but I
can't penetrate their noise, even with significant power.  At first I
thought it was my station.

If anyone is interested, I have been chatting with some of my VHF/UHF
friends on 3685 at 730p CST every evening.  K4XR, W4ZRZ, K4QF to name a
few.  More something to do.  I was thinking about building a couple of
antennas I have here but no assurance I could ever get them up and don't
want to take up the back yard now that things are growing.  Wife
wouldn't go for that.  She has been great through all of this but she
needs her yard and gardens.

Never thought I would live to see something like this although I have
long thought a major cyber attack, EMP event or pandemic would end life
in the US as we know it.  They just discovered that the virus is still
alive in cruise ship cabins three weeks after they were vacated.

On that cheery note I'll say 73 and gud DX.
