[ADXA] P5 possibility I had forgotten about.

I have Romeo’s QSLs with an SSB Q on Jan 1, 1993 and a CW Q on Dec 23, 1992 . Got one direct and a year later got a printed data QSL from JA1HGY, round ink stamped by him. He was within 100 miles of P5, so that should count. Right?? Maybe you can certify that on those 2 days they were in P5 legally??? Thanks!    😊  I am coughing again! 

I will be one short on CW the day I die unless I can get Dennis Rodman to help out our ADXA. Hadn’t thought of that, so I will talk to him soon. Then when CoVid 19 is over, you and I can go and do a quick 2 day ‘demonstration’ of ham radio in P5 and play basketball a bit.  Hmmmm  Keep fingers crossed, OK?  That will insure you and I will be guest speakers at the ADXA annual event after that.
