[ADXA] 9J2LA Zambia

I worked them on 80 CW which was what I needed.  Initial check of log 
upload nil.  Just checked and now I'm in it.  LOTW is spoiling me.  I'm 
not inclined to immediately toss four or five bucks in an envelope for a 
band country.  Then I find out that is the only way to confirm it and at 
that point, I've forgotten about it.
