[ADXA] VP78 BOOMING in on 21 SSB QSX 292 only

I've got it on that frequency just in case but I'm not in the shack. I'm working on this piece of crap to get out of here when this guy shows up for MountainburgSent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
