[ADXA] VP8 18 CW now.. 599

Got him on 17m CW just now.  Building somewhat.  That make's 4.  30m, 40m &
80m all in about 45 minutes a couple nights back.  Those 3 were on FT8.
Still would like to get a SSB, but I'm a happy camper.  That's #16 and my
highest DXCC grab to date.
