  The LoTW surely helps at this time if one is into endorsing multiple DXCC band/mode awards and if the DX station does LoTW on his end. 
  Otherwise, if neither of you are on LoTW or if wanting only paper QSL cards and submit to QSL card inspector in AR, your endorsements will take a while longer in getting done. A sign of the bad times.
  Hate to see the spillover of the Corona-19 to so many normal daily activities and hobby interests. IIWII
