[ADXA] Turkmenistan Question

Just checked, UH8EA on 20 phone, 7/1990, UH8EA on 15 CW, 2/91 and
UA3TT/RH9E on 10 phone, 10/1990. No EZ prefix in my log. Wow, didn't
realize it was that rare????
