[ADXA] The Bad News

I should have mentioned.  This op took the time to write a letter in his non-native language, explain his policy and returned my green stamps and envelope.  This epitomizes the spirit of amateur radio no matter what you think of his personal policy.  This was new grid and not ATNO on six.  In any case, I won’t forget the QSO that wasn’t!
