[ADXA] KI vs JI... easy to do. DXpedition errors like that (1 key away) are a common mislog issue.

HI HI … most of us have done that in a hurry… at least I have too, with my fat typing finhers… 😊 I pulled up JI on QRZ.com before I posted. Maybe I should have just waited to see if someone else in AR heard them. But I was trying to explain sorta how it may could happen that an AR guy could hear KH6 with a Florida station working him. Gud luck.

ZL wud be a nice catch and they do have government experimental stations licensed. I do not think VK is on 6m legally. I never worked one.

Well, I’ll have to get Apple to move those keys from next to each other!  My bad.

No Steve QQ , you said W5JI in your initial post, not KI…. That is what confused me. JI is in Florida for sure. All guesses are off now. Guess we are in the E hop range here in AR after all!

W5JI is in Florida. A bit of different prop to KH6 being so far from AR. Doubt we would hear the KH6 but maybe something further southwest  like ZL via TE or NW Pacific area multihop E… Anything strange can happen during June. Monitor DX Summit or DX Maps to get more up to date possibilities to mid NA… Good luck, Steve.  Hope all well in Memphis!
