[ADXA] FT8 And Noise

I'm finding that weaker FT8 signals are much more susceptible to noise 
than other digital modes.  I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing this?  
It seems that signals that I can easily hear by ear, although weak, do 
not decode if crackling, in my case, from power lines is evident.  And 
the RFI doesn't have to be that strong either.  I might be totally wrong 
but asking.

I am running the latest version.  I don't think I can tell any 
difference in decodes vs. the earlier version.  Can you?
