[ADXA] Green Stamp Rates

Look on the callsign's QRZ page. They usually specify. When I started in 2019 the going rate seemed to be $2 US, but I soon saw $3 common and some are even requesting $4 or $5. 

Also be sure to check the USPS International Service Alerts on their main page. A lot of countries do not have service at the moment. Even if the virus is not a immediate concern, transportation has been affected in many areas. 

I had a QSL request mailed 4/20 that was returned over a month later. USPS never shipped it overseas.

I'm finding I'm having to send some cards direct to all points of the 
globe.  I know how much it costs to get it there.  Is there any "ham" 
reference for current number of green stamps to get a card back from 
various countries.  I know it has gotten expensive.  Thought I would check.
