[ADXA] Optibeam 16-5 antenna raising yesterday

Antenna is on tower.  Good SWR and bandwidth.  Worked a bunch of DX last
night on 17/20.  Attached are some pictures and a below is a link to short
video.  We had to use a crane for this one.  Thanks to Roger, Craig, Dawn,
Scott and Paul Don!!
